On August 10, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Au Lau Ward Trade Union had just organized a Conference to announce the Decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Minh Phuong Service Co., Ltd.
At the Conference, the Organizing Committee announced the Decisions of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation on the establishment of grassroots trade unions, admission of trade union members and appointment of the Executive Committee, key positions of grassroots trade unions of Minh Phuong Service Co., Ltd. term I, term 2026-2030.
Speaking to direct, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thoan, Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, requested the Executive Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, build regulations and operating programs, and perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
In addition, strengthen coordination with the business leadership to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
Representatives of the company's leadership also affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to promote their role and accompany businesses and workers.
It is known that this is the 7th grassroots trade union established by the Au Lau Ward Trade Union in 2026.
Thereby, affirming outstanding results in the work of developing union members and building trade union organizations in the non-state business sector.
