On March 6, the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Trade Union held the first Executive Committee Conference (expanded) for the 2025 - 2028 term.
The Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Trade Union was established on February 10, 2025 under Decision No. 333/QD-LDLD of the Chairman of the Binh Dinh Labor Federation (LDLD) and is an organization under the Provincial Labor Federation.
At the time of establishment, the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Trade Union was the direct superior of 53 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 8,512 union members received from the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.
The Executive Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Trade Union consists of 15 appointed members; the Standing Committee is 5 members. Chairwoman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan is the Chairwoman for the 2025 - 2028 term.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan, immediately after receiving the new assignment, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union urgently developed the operating regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, ensuring that activities in the system and with the higher-level Trade Union took place continuously and smoothly.
The conference discussed and agreed to implement 17 major activities in 2025 to successfully implement 11 key targets. Notably, the following indicators are: 100% of union members and workers are trained and thoroughly grasped the policies and guidelines of the Party, State, and resolutions of the Trade Union; 100% of grassroots trade unions participate with heads of agencies and units implementing grassroots democracy; On average, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member to the Party for consideration of training and admission; 100% of union officials at all levels are trained and fostered in trade union skills; strive to have 95% of grassroots trade unions classified as having completed their tasks well or better; strive for each grassroots trade union to organize at least 1 social activity and 1 cultural and artistic activity in the year.

The conference demonstrated the determination to seriously implement the policies of the Party, State, and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on streamlining and restructuring the apparatus; promoting activities to care for union members and workers; promptly supporting workers in difficult circumstances; replicating practical models to care for the material and spiritual benefits of union members and workers such as the "Union Shelter" Program, "Thank you to workers", "Union Meals"; effectively implementing the Program "Focusing resources to care for the welfare of union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the new situation".
