In the afternoon of the 14th, 4 Trade Union Universities and the High-Level Delegation of the Mongolian General Confederation of Labour (CMTU) had a working session under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Manh Hung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the Trade Union University and Mr. Enkhbaatar TAMIR - Chairman of CMTU.
Attending the working session were vice-rectors of Trade Union University: Dr. Duong Thanh Xuan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Diep Thuong, along with leaders, key officials of the school and members of the high-level delegation of CMTU.

Exchanging at the working session, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Manh Hung said that with nearly 80 years of construction and development, Trade Union University has gradually affirmed its position as a prestigious higher education institution in Vietnam, especially in the field of labor relations and human resource development serving the cause of industrialization - modernization and international integration.
Currently, the University is developing according to a complete training ecosystem model with 3 levels of qualifications: bachelor - master - doctor, meeting the requirements of training high-quality human resources in the context of international integration.
In particular, 100% of the school's training programs have been and are being quality-checked, thereby affirming academic standards, training prestige and the trust of society as well as domestic and international partners.
Many state-level and ministerial-level scientific projects have been effectively implemented; the school's teaching staff has made many publications in prestigious international scientific journals belonging to the ISI/Scopus system, contributing to enhancing the school's academic position.

In particular, Trade Union University has been and is establishing and expanding cooperative relations with many partners in dozens of countries and territories, typically such as: Germany, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russian Federation, China, Philippines, South Korea, French Republic...
This international cooperation network has created an important foundation for the School to exchange academics, develop training programs, conduct scientific research and improve the quality of human resources according to international standards.
In that context, Trade Union University especially wishes to expand and deepen cooperative relations with partners in Mongolia, especially with the University of Labor.
On this occasion, Trade Union University wishes to promote cooperation with CMTU in the fields of: Academic exchange and experience on trade union organization; Cooperation in training and scientific research; Developing programs to exchange lecturers, experts and students.

Exchanging about the possibility of cooperation, Mr. Enkhbaatar TAMIR - Chairman of CMTU expressed his desire for the cooperative relationship between the two Trade Union organizations to develop more deeply, including the field of training.
The Chairman of CMTU affirmed the importance of cooperation between Trade Union University and Labor University, because training will improve the quality of human resources - a very important factor today.


At the meeting, Ms. Gursed BAYARMAA, Director of the University of Labor, said that the School has a 33-year history of development and plays an important role in training trade union officials. The school trains 600 - 700 students/year. Compared to the population of Mongolia, this number is not small. The school receives a lot of attention and support from CMTU.
Regarding the possibility of cooperation between Trade Union University and Labor University, Ms. Gursed BAYARMAA agreed with the contents raised by Trade Union University, and also mentioned the implementation of short-term cooperation courses...
