On December 20, the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province said that it had reported on the labor situation, wages in 2025 and the 2026 Tet bonus plan at 764 surveyed enterprises, with 62,776 employees, labor relations in the province are basically stable and harmonious; income and Tet bonus policies continue to be of interest to enterprises.
The survey results show that in 2025, the labor relations situation at enterprises in Khanh Hoa province will be maintained stably, without complicated labor disputes.
The average salary of employees in 2025 will reach more than 12.8 million VND/person/month, reflecting the efforts of businesses in the context of many difficulties and pressures in production and business costs.
Regarding Tet bonus policies, enterprises have based on labor regulations, collective labor agreements, opinions of labor representative organizations at the grassroots level and production and business results in 2025 to develop a plan for bonuses for the Lunar New Year and Lunar New Year 2026.
For the 2026 Lunar New Year, 476 enterprises have developed a reward plan, with an average bonus of more than 2.7 million VND/person.
Accordingly, a 100% state-owned One Member Co., Ltd. has an average bonus of more than VND 3.6 million/person, the highest is VND 40 million/person, the lowest is VND 500,000/person.
For companies with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State, the average bonus is 3.4 million VND/person, the highest is 50 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
Private enterprises have an average bonus of 1.6 million VND/person, the highest is 176 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
Meanwhile, foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) have an average bonus of more than VND 2.8 million/person, the highest is more than VND 48.5 million/person, the lowest is VND 500,000/person.
For the Lunar New Year 2026, 527 enterprises have plans to reward employees, with an average of more than 9.4 million VND/person.
In which, a single-member LLC with 100% state capital has an average bonus of more than 17.2 million VND/person, the highest is more than 81.6 million VND/person, the lowest is 1 million VND/person.
Companies with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State will receive an average bonus of more than 16.7 million VND/person, the highest is more than 79.6 million VND/person, the lowest is 3.6 million VND/person.
Private enterprises average a bonus of 8.2 million VND/person, the highest is 188 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
Notably, FDI enterprises have the highest bonus of up to 350 million VND/person, an average of more than 7.5 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.
There are still some businesses that are continuing to develop plans to give Lunar New Year bonuses to employees.
In the coming time, the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa will continue to monitor and synthesize the situation; coordinate with relevant units and localities to support and promote the implementation of labor policies, wages, bonuses and maintain harmonious and stable labor relations according to the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
