Level of support for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level participating in voluntary insurance

The level of support for forces participating in protecting security and order at voluntary social insurance establishments in Ninh Binh province is based on the official dispatch of the provincial social insurance agency.

Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance issued Official Dispatch No. 1192/BHXH-QLT on supporting social insurance and health insurance contributions for some participants from January 1, 2026.

According to the official dispatch, the support level when participating in voluntary social insurance for participants who are forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Ninh Binh province is as follows:

- People in the former Ha Nam province (before arrangement): Support 230,000 VND/person/month (Resolution 02/2024/NQ-HDND of the former Ha Nam Provincial People's Council);

- People in the former Nam Dinh province (before arrangement): Support 25% of the contribution level according to the poverty line in rural areas (Resolution 46/2024/NQ-HĐNDHĐND of the former Nam Dinh province);

- People in the former Ninh Binh province (before arrangement): Support 25% of the contribution level according to the poverty line standard for rural areas (Resolution 03/2024/NQ-HDND of the former Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council).
