According to statistics from the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee of the City Labor Federation, in the first half of 2025, grassroots trade unions in An Duong Industrial Park organized 30 dialogues, successfully resolving 55 recommendations of workers. Thereby, many welfare policies have been improved such as: successfully negotiating Tet bonuses, increasing allowances for diligence, shift meals, and adding new bonuses (in level, foreign language...).
