Dong Tien Joint Stock Company (Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province) has announced the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus for employees with an average bonus of more than 21 million VND/person, about 16% higher than the previous year.
Ms. Pham Thi Ha - a worker in Group 18, Garment Enterprise 1 - who has worked at Dong Tien Joint Stock Company for 5 years, said that she and other workers are very happy because the bonus level is higher than last year. Ms. Ha thanked the Board of Directors for always caring for and taking care of the spiritual and material life of employees, wishing to accompany the company to continue development.
Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat commune, Dong Nai province) also announced Lunar New Year bonuses for union members and employees with an average of 14.5 million VND/person, about 20% higher than the previous year. Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan - Deputy Director of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company - said that in 2025 the company grew by more than 20%, so in addition to increased product salaries, Tet bonuses will also increase compared to the previous year.
And representatives of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai province, with more than 40,000 employees) said that the Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo bonus level in 2026 for union members and employees of the company is equivalent to the bonus levels of previous years, because this content has been signed by the trade union and the company and included in the collective labor agreement. According to representatives of the company's trade union, it is estimated that the company spends about 600 billion VND to reward Tet for union members and employees.
Nearly 1,500 businesses report bonus levels
Based on reports from nearly 1,500 businesses, the highest Lunar New Year bonus in Dong Nai province is currently recorded at 840 million VND for the private enterprise sector. In this sector, the average bonus for employees is about 11.4 million VND/person. For the FDI enterprise sector, the highest bonus is 700 million VND and the average bonus is 13.3 million VND/person. The 2026 New Year holiday also recorded the highest bonus of up to 228.5 million VND at foreign-invested enterprises.
In addition to cash bonuses, businesses also implement many other forms of care for workers such as organizing year-end parties, giving gifts from companies and grassroots trade unions, supporting bus tickets or arranging buses to take workers home for Tet.
The Department of Home Affairs has also closely coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation to implement social welfare activities such as "Tet Reunion", a 0 VND booth, supporting Tet gifts for workers in difficult circumstances and visiting and supporting families affected by labor accidents.

Thereby contributing to creating motivation for union members and workers to feel secure in working, sticking together for a long time, improving productivity and building a new year of peace and prosperity.

The Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation also proactively participates with departments, agencies, and branches to coordinate in grasping the situation, supervising employers in implementing salary and bonus payments; promptly detecting and having solutions to protect the rights of workers in enterprises facing difficulties, salary arrears, owners fleeing or dissolving, bankruptcy, contributing to stabilizing labor relations during Tet.
