The "Cultural Symbol Cluster" project is an architecture selected based on the design competition of 5 units from the provinces: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Tinh.
The design of HPA Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company in Hanoi was selected and approved by the Architectural Design Council of the "Cultural Symbol Cluster".
The Council includes representatives of the Ha Tinh Department of Construction, the Ha Tinh Institute of Planning - Architecture and Construction, the Ha Tinh Architects Association, and the Ha Tinh City People's Committee (old).
