The allowance level for leadership positions according to the rank of health service units from July 1, 2024 is stipulated in Article 5 of Circular 06/2024/TT-BYT.
Accordingly, currently, the allowance for Heads of Health Stations is 0.3, an increase compared to 0.2 before July 1, 2024.
The allowance for the position of leader of the commune health station is equal to the allowance coefficient multiplied by the basic salary.
Resolution 159/2024/QH15 clearly states that public sector salaries, pensions, social insurance benefits, monthly allowances, and preferential allowances for meritorious people will not be increased in 2025.
Thus, in 2025, salaries for cadres, civil servants and public employees will not be increased.
Because civil servants and public employees have not had their salaries increased in 2025, the basic salary of VND 2,340,000/month may still be implemented.
Thus, the allowance for the position of leader of the commune health station in 2025 is: 0.3 x 2,340,000 VND = 702,000 VND/month.
