On March 30, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a working session with the Van An Commune Trade Union to grasp the operational situation since its establishment and orient tasks for 2026.
At the working session, the Van An Commune Trade Union gave a general report on the operational situation in the past time. At the same time, it requested the Provincial Labor Federation to support the organization of legal and cultural propaganda activities at enterprises; strengthen dialogue to listen to the opinions of workers and laborers.
Local leaders also requested the Commune Trade Union to continue to stick to the grassroots level, adjust operations to suit the new model. At the same time, strengthen coordination with Party committees and authorities in managing the area, developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
Speaking at the working session, Comrade Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, head of the working delegation, acknowledged the efforts of Van An Commune Trade Union in performing tasks, coordinating with units and businesses to care for union members' lives. At the same time, she requested the Commune Trade Union to focus on implementing a number of key tasks in 2026, in accordance with practical requirements, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
