On January 29, information from the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee - signed Decision No. 448-QD/DU, dated January 27, 2026 on assigning and appointing personnel to advisory and assisting agencies of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the decision, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee assigned and appointed Mr. Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee - to hold the position of Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee (cum-in-charge).
Ms. Ho Thi Hong Lien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee - was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee (specialized). Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee (specialized).
For the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee, Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee (completely). Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee - holds the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee (full-time).
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee also decided to assign and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office in charge of the Party Committee Office (specialized); appointed Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Party Committee Office (specialized).
Previously, on January 19, 2026, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 355-QD/TU appointing the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the term 2025-2030, including 6 people. In which, Mr. Nguyen Van De - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee (cum-in-charge).
