On the morning of July 27, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized a training conference on negotiation skills and guiding the scoring of collective labor agreements for more than 200 grassroots trade union officials of Thanh Dong and Viet Hoa wards.
The program is implemented according to Plan No. 115/KH-LĐLĐ dated June 23, 2026 of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation on organizing training in negotiation skills and guiding the scoring of collective labor agreements according to Guidance No. 90/HD-TLĐ, and at the same time meeting the request of Thanh Dong Ward Trade Union and Viet Hoa Ward Trade Union.
At the conference, Mr. Vu Ngoc Thuc - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Hai Phong City Labor Federation - conveyed the contents on building collective labor agreements.
Along with that, the reporters of the City Labor Federation focused on guiding processes, collective bargaining skills; preparation methods, organizing dialogues and negotiations between the Trade Union organization and employers; skills to build clauses that are more beneficial to workers than the provisions of law to include in the Collective Labor Agreement.
Through the training class, the team of grassroots Trade Union officials is updated with new regulations, improving legal knowledge and practical skills in collective bargaining.
This is the basis for improving the quality of collective labor agreements at enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, better ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and creating a stable and sustainable production and business environment.
