In the video, the two people constantly laughed and joked, pointed at their phones and said words that were considered inappropriate in the hospital environment.
Regarding the incident, on the morning of July 27, representatives of Hanoi University of Business and Technology confirmed that the 2 female students in the clip are medical students of the school, and are on internship at Duc Giang General Hospital.
The school representative affirmed that immediately after the incident occurred, they reported to the Board of Directors and requested relevant departments to investigate.
Today, the school's Disciplinary Council convened a meeting to assess the nature and extent of the incident. This person emphasized the view of "handling according to regulations, not covering up".
The school will base on the conclusions of the Disciplinary Council to make a final decision" - a representative of Hanoi University of Business and Technology said.
The school said it will also coordinate with Duc Giang General Hospital to have appropriate corrections in accordance with the regulations of the training institution and current training regulations.
Previously, on July 26, a clip circulated on social networking platforms recording images of 2 girls wearing uniforms sitting at the reception counter of Duc Giang General Hospital with inappropriate words and attitudes. Notably, these 2 people also cursed and threatened to "inject poison" the commentator.
Duc Giang General Hospital immediately terminated the internship guidance process and returned the two students to the training facility to continue handling according to the school's disciplinary regulations.
