On September 18 and 19, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation organized a professional training program on operational skills of the operational information system, operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the "Digital Front" platform and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in work.
The program was organized with the participation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders, specialists of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee and representatives of trade unions of communes and wards in the province.
At the program, delegates were equipped with knowledge and skills to apply AI in work, from exploiting support tools to proactively deploying, managing and using AI in accordance with practical requirements.
In addition to imparting knowledge, the program also spends time for trade union officials to practice, exchange and answer problems arising in the process of applying AI to work.
Another important content of the program is guidance on operating skills for the operational information system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the "Digital Front" platform.
Through this topic, trade union officials are guided on receiving and processing feedback and recommendations from union members and workers on a digital platform, contributing to innovating trade union operating methods in the context of digital transformation.
In addition, delegates are also equipped with knowledge about protecting state secrets in clerical and archival work; requirements to pay attention to in the process of receiving, processing, managing and storing documents and materials to ensure information security in trade union activities.
Through the training program, the team of Ninh Binh provincial trade union officials is supplemented with knowledge and improved skills in applying new technologies in performing professional tasks.
This is also an activity contributing to improving the efficiency of management and administration, meeting the requirements of renovating trade union activities, and better serving the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
