On September 22, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (LDF) organized a speaker conference to deploy propaganda on Resolutions, Directives, and Action Programs to implement Directive No. 58-CT/TW dated January 10, 2026 of the Secretariat. The conference was organized in a direct combined online form.
Attending were Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc Diem - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City; Mr. Lam Van Tan - Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lam Van Tan - Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - emphasized that the conference not only provides information and updates important contents but also contributes to improving the capacity of the team of reporters and trade union propagandists.
Through this, each Trade Union official, especially grassroots Trade Union officials (CĐCS), promotes the role of a bridge, bringing the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and the tasks of the Trade Union organization closer to union members and workers.
According to the plan, the content includes 7 key topics.
Special topic 1: Thoroughly grasping the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City to implement the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (term 2026 - 2031) associated with the core role of the Trade Union organization.
Topic 2: Disseminating the results of the third Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee (emphasizing four strategic shifts and major policies).
Topic 3: Thoroughly grasping the Plan and Action Program to implement Directive No. 58-CT/TW dated January 10, 2026 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over propaganda, political, ideological, and legal education for workers in the new situation".
Topic 4: Implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW dated May 19, 2026 of the Politburo on implementing the foreign policy guidelines of the 14th Party Congress and Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW dated June 8, 2026 of the Politburo on economic development with foreign investment capital.
Special topic 5: Implementing Directive No. 07-CT/TW dated July 13, 2026 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, methods, and style in the new development stage".
Topic 6: Propagating core contents, new points, issues directly related to life, employment, legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in documents.
Topic 7: Disseminating legal knowledge on drug prevention and control in 2026.
