Attending the working session were comrade Tran Dinh Thi - Deputy Director, Chairman of MobiFone Can Tho Trade Union; representatives of leaders of the People's Police Trade Union (CAND), the Trade Union of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and the Executive Committee of MobiFone Can Tho Trade Union.
At the working session, the MobiFone Can Tho Trade Union reported on the results of deploying trade union work, taking care of union members, building trade union organizations and implementing programs and plans of the People's Public Security Trade Union associated with the specific activities of the unit. Delegates also exchanged difficulties and obstacles in practice; proposed strengthening connections and coordination with units and forces in the People's Public Security, creating more environment for exchange and improving the effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the working session, Colonel Cong Thanh Thao acknowledged the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness and results that MobiFone Can Tho Trade Union has achieved in the context that trade union officials mainly work part-time, with great pressure from production and business tasks. The comrade emphasized that in the context of digital transformation and increasingly high requirements of workers, Trade Union activities need to continue to innovate, strengthen listening, grasp thoughts and aspirations, focus on dialogue and deploy practical activities towards union members and workers.
The People's Police Trade Union also exchanged and oriented grassroots trade unions to continue to effectively implement the programs "Trade Union Shelter", "Trade Union Adoption Children", models for caring for vulnerable people; promote union member welfare programs, professional training, propaganda and interaction on the media channels of the People's Police Trade Union; and at the same time study and implement models "Three Firsts", "Three Innovations", build "Cultural Space" for union members and proactively discover, commend, and reward effective projects, tasks, and emulation movements.
Comrade Tran Dinh Thi affirmed that he will continue to pay attention to and closely direct the activities of the Trade Union Executive Committee; and at the same time wished the People's Public Security Trade Union to strengthen connection and exchange activities, creating conditions for the MobiFone Can Tho Trade Union to coordinate with units and forces in the People's Public Security.
The working session took place in a responsible, open and practical atmosphere, contributing to strengthening the connection between the People's Police Trade Union Committee and the grassroots trade union; promptly grasping the situation, sharing difficulties and orienting activities to care for and accompany union members and workers, towards building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
