Based on the implementation of Plan 34/KH-UBND 2026 of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on Organizing activities and funding for Tet Binh Ngo 2026 - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs has issued Official Dispatch 1788/SNV-NCC 2026 guiding gift giving to officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers;
The group of policy beneficiaries with meritorious services; people who are receiving monthly social insurance benefits in the City and policy beneficiaries with meritorious services were visited by the City Leadership Delegation.
The group of subjects currently enjoying monthly social insurance benefits includes people who are receiving monthly pensions of 1,800,000 VND/person.
People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones organize the implementation of gift spending, in non-cash form for people who already have accounts during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 (paying through ATM cards).
For subjects who do not have accounts, the People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones are responsible for directly paying each subject.
