Job transaction sessions attracted 85 businesses to participate in recruitment with a recruitment demand of 28,240 workers; labor supply at the exchange reached over 17,800 workers (meeting 63.03% of recruitment demand).
Regarding unemployment insurance registration, it is estimated at 1,650 people (an increase of 16.64% compared to the same period in 2025); unemployment insurance benefits have been resolved for 1,840 people (an increase of 31.9% compared to the same period in 2025), with a budget of 48.6 billion VND, (an increase of 29.29). Through unemployment benefits resolution, counseling and job introduction have been provided for 1,650 workers (an increase of 16.64% compared to the same period in 2025).
Also in January 2026, the city's collection of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and occupational accident and disease insurance was 2,585 billion VND, an increase of 695 billion VND compared to the same period last year. The estimated number of people participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance by the end of January 2026 in the area is as follows: The number of people participating in social insurance is 1,106.437 people, an increase of 147,300 people (15.4%) compared to the same period last year; The number of people participating in unemployment insurance is 950,474 people, an increase of 109,784 people (13.1%) compared to the same period last year; The number of people participating in health insurance is 3,880,015 people, an increase of 152,002 people (4.1%) compared to the same period last year.

As of the time of reporting, there were 2 fatal labor accidents in the city, killing 22 people (an increase of 1 case and 1 death compared to January 2025).
In January 2026, policy implementation, recognition, and management of people with meritorious services and relatives with 283 cases, including: Receiving and appraising advice for promulgation for 148 cases enjoying policy regimes; receiving and appraising for policy implementation, serving management work for 135 cases.
