The Trade Union of Viet Phat HD Wood Company Limited (under the Trade Union of Tu Ky Commune, Hai Phong City) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a "Union Meal" for 120 workers.
Meals are worth 80,000 VND/person, of which 25,000 VND is a daily shift meal, the remaining 55,000 VND is supported by the grassroots union and the company. Workers gathered around a cozy meal, with full delicious dishes such as meat, eggs, stir-fried dishes, soups, drinks, dessert - many of which were harvested right at the factory premises.
The shift meal is organized on a tray, creating a sense of closeness as in a family - something that the company and the union always aim for in caring for the lives of workers.
On this occasion, the company's Trade Union also presented 8 gifts to union members who are children of War Invalids and Martyrs - a noble gesture, demonstrating the morality of "Remembering the source of drinking water", a deep gratitude to the previous generation of ancestors.
Viet Phat HD Wood Company Limited specializes in processing domestic and exported wood products. The enterprise currently creates jobs for more than 150 workers, with an average income of about 12 million VND/person/month.
The grassroots trade union always stands side by side with the company's leaders in caring for workers' lives, launching emulation to increase productivity and quality, promoting the movement of technical innovation initiatives, improving welfare, and ensuring better policies for workers.
