On November 10, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center said that the unit is coordinating with localities to strengthen the organization of a series of job fairs and job fairs in many communes and wards.
The activity aims to connect labor supply and demand, support workers in finding suitable jobs and help businesses recruit human resources in the last months of the year.
According to records, in the fourth quarter of 2025, job fairs in both the East and the West of the province brought positive results, but there were differences in the number of participants. The eastern region attracts a large number of people to consult, find jobs and interview businesses directly.
Meanwhile, the number of workers participating in the Western region is still limited, mainly because it is the harvest season of agricultural products such as durian and coffee. Therefore, the high demand for seasonal workers and attractive short-term income have caused many workers to not find long-term jobs.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, in Dli Ya commune, shared: I have more than 10 years of experience in textile and garment. Although unemployed, I am not in a hurry to find a new job because the 2025-2026 coffee harvest is coming.
"Hiring for coffee picking at the end of the year is paid a lot, so I will find a stable job after harvesting the crop" - Ms. Mai shared more.
Mr. Le Hai Ly, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, said: "We will coordinate with associations, unions, businesses and cooperatives to connect seasonal employment needs, contribute to stabilizing the labor market and ensuring income for people. These activities also aim to create more sustainable job opportunities and develop the province's labor market".
In the last months of 2025, the demand for recruitment in the fields of trade, services, processing, logistics, warehousing, retail, food... is expected to increase sharply, with about 10,000 - 12,000 jobs, mainly unskilled laborers.
