On November 9, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Employment Service Center said that the unit had just coordinated with local authorities to organize a job fair in Ward 1 Bao Loc.
The job fair attracted many businesses in Bao Loc Ward 1 and Loc Son Industrial Park (B'Lao Ward) to participate in recruiting workers.

The job fair is organized to effectively implement policies to support job creation, contribute to job creation, and reduce the unemployment rate. Thereby, contributing to stabilizing the lives of workers, especially workers from poor households, near-poor households and households that have just escaped poverty.
On the other hand, job fairs also create conditions for workers to access information about the labor market, grasp recruitment needs inside and outside the province, domestically as well as abroad; at the same time, contribute to the connection between "work seekers" and "person searches", support appropriate consultation and career orientation.

Mr. Hoang Trong Vinh - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Employment Service Center - said: According to statistics, in November, businesses in Lam Dong province are in need of recruiting more than 2,600 workers to work in factories, workshops, and production and business establishments. Of which, the demand for recruiting trained workers accounts for about 25%, the rest are unskilled workers.
Industry groups that are lacking labor resources and are considered difficult to recruit such as industrial processing, garment, packaging and packaging production are accounting for about 55% of recruitment demand.

Loc Son Industrial Park, located in the south of Lam Dong province, where many companies and enterprises operate in the fields of agricultural processing, garment, construction, etc., is in need of recruiting more than 700 workers.
According to Mr. Vinh, it is the time of entering the coffee harvest season, so the demand for seasonal labor is very large. On the other hand, coffee picking is bringing in an income of 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND/day, so freelance workers are not interested in working in factories and workshops.
Therefore, the labor market is increasingly lacking and causing many difficulties in recruiting workers. Therefore, in the long term, businesses need to have preferential policies and ensure the best benefits and regimes for employees to retain employees to stay with the business for a long time.
