Based on a survey and information collection of 1,261 vacant jobs of 458 enterprises at the Center, it shows that the trade - service sector continues to account for a high proportion of human resource recruitment demand. Of which, the customer service industry group accounts for 60.21%. The construction industry's slight increase in labor recruitment demand reflects the positive recovery of construction and infrastructure investment projects.
The processing and manufacturing industry has a slight decrease in human resource demand, accounting for 13.56% but is still a sector with a large recruitment demand, reflecting the important role of the manufacturing industry in the economy. The transportation, warehousing, accommodation and food and beverage services sectors have stable recruitment needs, showing the recovery of commercial and tourism activities.
Enterprises have adjusted labor recruitment needs according to occupational groups, compared to last month. The leadership and management position decreased from 16.59% to 14.51%; the office management position from 16.48% to 15.31%. The demand for mid-level professional management recruitment increased slightly, accounting for 16.02% (15.47% in June).
Enterprises also have changes in the structure of labor recruitment needs according to qualifications. The demand for recruitment of workers with a university degree or higher accounts for 35.05%; the demand for recruitment of unskilled workers (unskilled) accounts for 23.16%; the demand for recruitment of workers with a college degree accounts for 14.59%; the demand for recruitment of workers with intermediate qualifications accounts for 12.85%.
Regarding the salary of enterprises, there are notable changes: The salary from 5 - 10 million VND/month accounts for 71.02% of total recruitment demand, corresponding to the positions of sales consultant, production worker, construction worker. The salary from 10 - 20 million VND/month accounts for 24.55%, for positions requiring experience or expertise such as accounting, sales management and marketing, construction engineers. The salary of over 20 million VND/month (4.19%) and under 5 million VND (0.24%) shows the concentration of the labor market on average and high income levels.
