The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just issued a notice of recruitment for civil servants working at public educational institutions under the Department in 2025.
The total recruitment target for civil servants working at schools under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training in 2025 is 942 people, including 848 teachers and 94 employees.
Candidates must meet the following general conditions: Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam; be 18 years of age or older; have an application form; have a clear background; have sufficient documents and certificates as required by the job position; the rank and professional title of civil servants to be recruited; be healthy enough to perform the task; meet other conditions as required by the job position determined by the public service unit but not contrary to the provisions of law.
In addition, candidates must meet the specific standards and conditions for professional qualifications and skills for civil servants according to job positions and professional titles.
Regarding the form of recruitment, Hanoi applies the form of recruitment according to Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP and Decree 85/2023/ND-CP of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
In which, round 1 checks the admission conditions at the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited, if they meet the requirements, the candidate will be able to participate in round 2.
In round 2, candidates will take the written exam in professional and specialized subjects (180 minutes).
Registrants applying for teacher recruitment to general schools (including specialized high schools and specialized schools) to take professional exams with the following contents: Develop a teaching plan (class) to organize teaching in one lesson; guide students to solve subject knowledge tests or a professional problem; handle pedagogical situations.
Applicants for civil servant recruitment in positions with professional titles of profession (not required to be teachers) and professional positions of shared schools (equipment, testing; education; library; accounting; clerical) will take professional exams with the following contents: Professional expertise; apply professional expertise to practice.
The time to receive application forms is from now until September 16, 2025 (except for Saturdays and Sundays).
Candidates submit their application form at the Hanoi Department of Education and Training (No. 23, Quang Trung Street, Cua Nam Ward).
In case the authorized person submits the application form, he/she must carry a authorization letter and a citizen identification card.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training will announce the list of eligible candidates on October 1, 2025.
