According to the Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation, in 2024, the unit excellently completed 17/17 targets assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee.
Of these, 7 targets reached 100% and 10 targets exceeded from 101% - 500%. This is an impressive result, reflecting the efforts of Dak Nong Provincial Trade Union in the past year.
Notably, the Online Contest to learn about the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 5th Congress of Dak Nong Provincial Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028, attracted over 98% of union members and workers to participate.
Trade unions at all levels organized 720 "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Chia Chia" programs, giving Tet gifts to nearly 24,700 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of over 6 billion VND.
In addition, there were 316 "Union Meal" programs organized with 12,058 participants, ensuring that 100% of grassroots unions implemented this program.
Trade unions at all levels also supported nearly 25,200 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 6.5 billion VND; presented 100 gifts worth 100 million VND to union members and workers in the education sector of Tuy Duc district.
The activity “Workers’ Month - Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene” was widely implemented with nearly 300 units and enterprises responding. Of which, there were 43 grassroots trade unions belonging to non-state enterprises, reaching a rate of 113%.
In 2024, Dak Nong Provincial Trade Union established 23 new grassroots trade unions, recruited 1,338 new union members, reaching 111.5% of the target. At the same time, 6 grassroots trade unions and 10 mass women's unions of non-state enterprises were established, reaching 200% and 500% of the target respectively.
Entering 2025, the Dak Nong Provincial Federation of Labor launched an emulation movement with the theme: "Determination to innovate, actively create, improve labor productivity, work efficiency, save, fight waste, welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Patriotic Emulation Congresses at all levels, and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress".
Mr. Doan Van Su, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation, launched the emulation movement in 2025. Mr. Su called on all union officials and members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to unite, join forces, and strive to compete with the highest determination.
Strive to excellently complete assigned tasks and works, contribute to building the working class and the increasingly strong trade union organization, making Dak Nong a "Strong Province - Rich People - Beautiful Nature - Humane Society".
Thereby, contributing to bringing the country into a new era, an era of national growth.
With outstanding achievements, Dak Nong Provincial Trade Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for its work in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
Emulation Cluster No. 8 is honored as the leading unit and proposed to award the Emulation Flag for its outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2024.
Dak Nong Provincial Labor Federation has also just decided to support the construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses with a budget of more than 1.09 billion VND.
