People who have left the country but do not comply with the provisions of the law on entry and exit will have their pension suspended. This regulation is to ensure fairness in the social insurance policy and prevent profiteering by lawbreakers.
Suspend monthly pension and social insurance benefits for those declared missing by the court. This is done because the social insurance agency cannot determine the status and location of the beneficiary, to avoid cases of abuse to receive pension and social insurance benefits in violation of regulations.
Unable to verify beneficiary information via bank account (as prescribed in Point c, Clause 2, Article 11 of this Law).
According to regulations, annually, beneficiaries of social insurance benefits through personal accounts opened at banks are responsible for coordinating with the social insurance agency or service organizations authorized by the social insurance agency to verify information on eligibility for social insurance benefits.
In addition, according to Clause 3, Article 75, the pension and monthly social insurance benefits of the suspended subjects will continue to be paid, including the pension and monthly social insurance benefits of the period not yet received when falling into one of the following cases:
Illegal immigrants return: If the subject returns and complies with legal regulations, pension payments will be restored, including any salary not received during the suspension period.
