9 pension beneficiaries before July 1, 2024, including:
(1) Cadres, civil servants, workers, public employees and laborers (including those who have participated in voluntary social insurance, retirees from the Nghe An farmers' social insurance fund transferred according to Decision 41/2009/QD-TTg; soldiers, people's police and people working in key positions who are receiving monthly pensions.
(2) Commune, ward and town officials specified in Decree 33/2023/ND-CP, Decree 92/2009/ND-CP (expired on August 1, 2023), Decree 34/2019/ND-CP (expired on August 1, 2023), Decree 121/2003/ND-CP (expired on January 1, 2010) and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP (expired on November 10, 2003).
(3) People receiving monthly allowances for loss of working capacity according to the provisions of law; people receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg, Decision 613/QD-TTg in 2008; rubber workers receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 206-CP in 1979.
(4) Commune, ward and town officials currently receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 130-CP in 1975 (expired on June 1, 1993) and Decision 111-HDBT in 1981.
(5) Military personnel receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 142/2008/QD-TTg (amended and supplemented by Decision 38/2010/QD-TTg).
(6) People's Public Security officers are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg.
(7) Military personnel, people's police, and people working in secretarial work receive salaries similar to those of military personnel and people's police who are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg.
(8) People receiving monthly occupational accident and disease benefits.
(9) People receiving monthly pension benefits before January 1, 1995.
It can be seen that the increase in basic salary according to Decree 73 is for those who are working and receiving salary from July 1, 2024.
Thus, there will be no 15% increase in pension for those whose basic salary is increased according to Decree 73.
