Previously, Mr. Tran Dinh Quan's family, including 2 spouses and 2 young children, lived in a cramped, heavily damaged, leaky house that was not safe to live in. Mr. Quan's wife is a freelance worker, with poor health and prolonged illness, so her income is precarious and unstable.
Faced with difficult circumstances, income must be frugal to cover basic living expenses for Mr. Quan's 2 spouses and 2 young children of school age, with the proposal of the grassroots trade union, after surveying, the City Labor Federation decided to support funding for Trade Union Shelter so that Mr. Quan's family would have the motivation to build a new house.
After 3 months of construction, the house was completed. Mr. Quan was very touched because from now on, he and his wife and children have a proper place to live.
On this occasion, the City Labor Federation, the Commune Trade Union, the company and sponsors presented Mr. Quan's family with meaningful gifts.
Directly handing over funds and gifts to Mr. Quan, Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation - expressed his wish that Mr. Quan and his family will continue to strive, overcome difficult circumstances to work and have a better life.
This is one of the activities of the City Labor Federation to care for union members and workers during Workers' Month 2026.
