Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Huong shared that, in her role as Chief Accountant of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, in addition to guiding affiliated grassroots trade unions to develop and implement trade union financial revenue and expenditure estimates; submitting to the Standing Committee for approval of the Trade Union's financial revenue and expenditure estimates of the Corporation... she also supports the Trade Union Standing Committee in directing the implementation of other aspects of trade union work through financial work. At the same time, she proposes solutions to effectively implement trade union financial management, allocate trade union financial revenue sources, and reward in the field of trade union finance.
According to Ms. Huong, in addition to her professional title, with the concurrent duties of Member of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, Head of the Women's Affairs Committee of the Vietnam Post Corporation Trade Union, she is always close to union members, learning about each person's family situation to promptly encourage when family members are sick, in need of help.
At the same time, she coordinated with the trade union accounting department of the agency to implement the use of trade union accounting software to manage trade union financial revenue and expenditure, ensuring that union fee collection, deduction of trade union funds, and payment of funds to higher-level trade unions are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Working at the unit since 2008, Ms. Huong has always improved her sense of responsibility, proactively innovated working methods to improve work efficiency.
In the period 2020 - 2025, Ms. Huong chaired and participated in 6 initiatives. Specifically, in 2020, she participated in the Corporation-level initiative: "Guiding the organization of emulation movements at the grassroots Trade Union level". In 2021, she participated in the Corporation-level initiative: "Building content materials for training grassroots Trade Union officials at the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, in compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, XIII term".
In 2022, chaired the General Corporation-level initiative: "Compiling a set of documents guiding the implementation of the accounting regime and the use of grassroots Trade Union accounting software".
In 2023, chaired the grassroots-level initiative: "Building Regulations on financial revenue and expenditure of the General Corporation Trade Union Agency".
In 2024, chairing the grassroots-level initiative: "Building Regulations on financial revenue and expenditure at the Trade Union of Corporation Agencies".
Year 2025: participating in the Corporation-level initiative: "Improving the efficiency of trade union activity reporting, contributing to the success of the 5th Congress of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, term 2025".

Ms. Huong shared that one of the biggest motivations for her to have many initiatives and creativity in work originates from her own working process.
“People working in finance and accounting are always as busy as "little children", so I am always concerned about finding solutions to reduce the workload for myself and those working in finance and accounting at the grassroots level and to work more scientifically. During my work process, in my role as chief accountant of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, I sought ways to come up with optimal, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-implement solutions, helping grassroots trade union officials grasp quickly and easily implement them through vivid guiding documents and materials,” Ms. Huong shared.
Also according to Ms. Huong, in the process of building initiatives in work, she always receives support from professional leaders at all levels, the Corporation's Trade Union and the support of grassroots trade union officials.
In recent years, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Huong has received many emulation titles, typically: From 2020-2024: Grassroots emulation soldier, excellently completing tasks; in 2019: Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; in 2020: Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for outstanding achievements in trade union activities; in 2022-2023: Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Information and Communications for outstanding achievements in work in the period 2022-2023; in 2024: Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2024.
