Ms. Dao Thi Ngoc Tran - Head of the Women's Union of PouYuen Company - said that every year the Women's Union proactively develops an activity plan focusing on propagating policies on female labor laws, gender equality, reproductive health by organizing the "9th Hour" playground, music game show, and learning contest. Ms. Tran also worked with the Trade Union to mobilize the Company's Board of Directors to support milk and childcare for more than 10,400 employees under 6 years old with an amount of VND 150,000/child/month, advise the Trade Union Executive Committee to give 500 gifts to female employees with serious illnesses, work accidents, disabilities, and especially difficult circumstances with an amount of VND 150 million; advise the Trade Union Executive Committee to award 1,962 scholarships to children of employees in difficult circumstances, good students, and strongly mobilized soldiers to give 440 gifts to employees' children, with a total cost of nearly 1.07 billion VND...
As the Chairwoman of the Trade Union, Head of the Women's Union of Cua It - Ahoa Technology Company Limited, Ms. Le Thi Huong, together with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many provisions beneficial to employees in general and female employees in particular, and supervised the implementation of policies and regimes according to the Labor Law and collective labor agreements. Ms. Huong also joined the Trade Union to organize activities to care for and improve the lives of union members and workers such as supporting difficulties, visiting illnesses, natural disasters, organizing cultural - sports activities, competing for rewards to create cohesion.
Similarly, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the enterprise, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem - Ruthimex 2 Enterprise, Thong Nhat Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. - has proactively worked with the Executive Committee to do a good job of caring for, visiting, encouraging union members and workers when they are sick or in trouble and promoting the effectiveness of the Women's Union's activities to advise on organizing women's activities in accordance with actual conditions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan said that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in general and the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union in particular always pay attention to, recognize and promote the role of female workers and maintain the organization and development of the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female workers. Trade unions at all levels also proactively create and concretize the content of the movement to suit reality, for each industry.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan suggested that the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union at all levels continue to innovate the content and methods of women's work activities in a flexible, creative, and close-to-the-back direction, and associated with better care for the material and spiritual life of female workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, workers far from home, and single mothers. At the same time, promote digital transformation in trade union activities, create an environment for women to promote their capacity, contribute and mature, honor and replicate typical advanced examples, spread the image of female union members and workers of Ho Chi Minh City who are always "confident - intelligent - kind - courageous - dynamic - creative".
With more than 21,000 grassroots trade unions and about 2.2 million union members currently managed, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home work" launched by the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union has many strong developments. The whole of Ho Chi Minh City has had more than 385,000 female union members and workers achieve the title of "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs" at all levels. Thousands of initiatives, topics, and models of technical innovation and administrative reform proposed by female workers have been effectively applied, bringing in a profit of tens of billions of VND each year.
