Ms. Vu Thi Ha is currently Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, Member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Ha Giang General Hospital and is one of 88 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style in the period 2023 - 2025.
Union members and workers at Ha Giang General Hospital know Ms. Ha as a trade union official who has made many positive contributions in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Over the past time, Ms. Ha has directly advised on resolving regular salary raises for 687 individuals, contributing to ensuring a full and timely salary regime for officials, civil servants and employees.
Every year, she also advises on monitoring the working environment to promptly propose support policies for union members working in locations with hazardous and dangerous elements.
As a result, the income of officials and employees has been improved, helping union members feel secure in their work and attached to the unit.

Many models and initiatives directly chaired by Ms. Ha have brought positive and typical effects, such as the model "5S working corner - green, clean, beautiful medical facility - studying Uncle Ho to improve efficiency", associated with the spirit of practicing thrift, combating wastefulness and President Ho Chi Minh's scientific working style.
The model focuses on training self-awareness, maintaining hygiene, saving materials and optimizing employee working time.
In particular, the initiative "Building a trade union relaxation corner model - Solutions to reduce psychological pressure and regenerate labor for trade union members at Ha Giang General Hospital in 2026" is assessed to have a positive impact on the quality of grassroots trade union activities.
The initiative helps reduce stress after long shifts, reduce stress, contribute to preventing occupational exhaustion syndrome, reduce anxiety and create a feeling of relaxation for workers.
According to Ms. Vu Thi Ha, the purpose of building the trade union relaxation corner model is to increase the connection between union members and trade union organizations and hospitals, contributing to building a friendly and humane working environment.
Paying attention to both physical and mental health for workers will help reduce the risk of internal conflicts, limit job losses due to psychological pressure, and contribute to retaining medical personnel, especially in departments and rooms with high pressure," Ms. Ha shared.
Ms. Ha's model is assessed by unit leaders to bring positive effects when contributing to improving work efficiency, increasing concentration and reducing professional errors due to fatigue and stress.
Rest and relaxation time also helps the team of doctors and medical staff maintain stable working energy, limit overload and improve the spirit of responsibility in work.
