Ms. Do Thi Hue was born in 1981, from Ha Tay (old).

Coming to Ho Chi Minh City to work and start a business early, Ms. Hue applied for a job at 19.5 LLC, Phuong Nam Branch. Working hard, constantly learning and improving her skills, the female worker is currently the Deputy Manager of the Leather Shoe - Mechanical Workshop.

Over the years, Ms. Hue has applied many initiatives in production, benefiting the unit. Typical initiatives include arranging and assigning work appropriate to the skills and expertise of workers. For main workers, assigning a main stage and assigning additional manual stages, allowing workers to take work home to create more income for workers.

This initiative has been applied since 2021, helping to reduce the number of workers from 30 to 22 (including line staff); assistant workers from 40% (7-8 assistants/line) to more than 20% (4 assistants/line). Ms. Hue also had the initiative to change the order of the sewing process for the stages, helping to reduce the number of sewing workers in a stage from 2 to 1.

In addition to actively striving to improve her management skills and professional skills, Ms. Hue also actively participates in building grassroots trade unions and women's work... In 2020 and 2022, she received a Certificate of Merit for "Party member who excellently completed her tasks"; in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, she was awarded the title of "Grassroots Emulation Fighter"...

Fulfillment

Sharing with Lao Dong reporter, Ms. Hue said that after being able to stand in the ranks of the Party (November 1, 2016), it was a joy and pride for her, a great source of encouragement and motivation, helping her to live more responsibly, always improving her responsibility in her work. I will strive to constantly improve my revolutionary spirit, cultivate my political knowledge as well as practice the skills of a Party member in the renovation period.

Currently, Ms. Hue’s family lives in Di An City (Binh Duong). Her two daughters, the older one has graduated from university, the younger one is in grade 12.

After 24 years of working, Ms. Hue is now even happier and more fulfilled because her eldest daughter, after graduating from university, passed the exam to work in the Business Planning Department of 19.5 LLC, becoming her mother's colleague.

Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 LLC said that the Trade Union currently has 1,132 members, operating in 1 member Trade Union, 3 departmental Trade Unions, 1 Trade Union group of the Company's administrative block directly under the Trade Union.

In recent years, the grassroots trade union has done a good job of developing union members and paying attention to developing resources for the party. In 2024, 8 outstanding union members were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Regarding Ms. Hue personally, Mr. Le Van Quyet said: “Comrade Do Thi Hue is a party member who is always exemplary in work and life, helping colleagues to progress in their professional work. Personally, she has completed all assigned tasks well. In 2024, the average salary for individual products was 694,000 VND/day, exceeding 99% of the average salary of the group (401,000 VND/day). In December 2024, Comrade Hue was appointed by the General Director of the Company to hold the position of Deputy Manager of the Leather Shoe - Mechanical Workshop”.
