On September 9, authorized by the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, Dong Hoa Ward Trade Union organized the acceptance and handover of funds to support the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for union members in difficult circumstances.
The union member supported is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh, residing in Phu Khe 1 village, Hoa Xuan commune (under the grassroots Trade Union of Song May Export Processing Enterprise Hoa Hiep).
According to Ms. Thanh, her family used to live in a level 4 house that was temporarily built a long time ago and was seriously degraded. The house has an area of about 40m2, with a tiled roof.
Every time the rainy season comes, water leaks from the roof and flows down, causing many areas in the house to be wet. In winter, the house is often blown away by the wind, affecting the family's daily life.
In the context of many economic difficulties, building a solid house is a great desire of Ms. Thanh's family but has not been able to implement it.
From the support of the "Trade Union Shelter" program, Ms. Thanh's family has more conditions to build and repair houses, gradually stabilizing their lives. This is a practical source of encouragement, helping union members in difficult circumstances reduce the burden of housing, and feel secure in working and working.
At the acceptance and handover ceremony, Dong Hoa Ward Trade Union also encouraged Ms. Thanh and her family to continue to strive to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives; and at the same time wished her to continue to be attached to the Trade Union organization and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
The activity of supporting the construction of "Trade Union Shelter" houses shows the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, thereby contributing to helping workers stabilize their lives and feel secure at work.
