On the afternoon of June 8, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organized the 2nd Conference of the Executive Committee of term I, term 2025 - 2030 to consolidate personnel work and deploy some key tasks of the trade union organization in the coming time.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation quickly informed about the results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031 and the key tasks set for the trade union organization in the new period.
An important content implemented by the conference is to consolidate the leadership personnel of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Personnel consolidation was carried out after Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation resigned voluntarily.
The Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has decided to transfer Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to work at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to negotiate and elect him to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 and elect him to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation for the term 2025 - 2030.
At the 2nd Conference of the Executive Committee of the 1st term, delegates conducted additional elections for Mr. Bui Hoai Nam to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation of the 1st term, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Bui Hoai Nam expressed his respect for the trust of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation when assigning new responsibilities.
The new Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that he will work with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and innovate the content and methods of trade union activities.
At the same time, focus on caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; building an increasingly strong trade union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Mr. Bui Hoai Nam also emphasized the promotion of the role of trade union organizations in accompanying workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in agencies, units, and businesses in the province.
