On November 30, the Trade Union of Tan Hue Vien bordering food processing company Limited - workshop held its 5th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
During the term, the employment and living conditions of workers have increasingly improved. The unit provided subsidies for difficulties, illnesses, accidents, funerals, death anniversaries... to more than 500 union members and workers (Union, Laborers), with a total amount of 615.8 million VND.
The Executive Board of the Trade Union cooperates with the Company's leaders to organize a collective dining room to serve members and employees (excluding salary), with an average of 20,000 VND/meal. On holidays and Tet, the Trade Union organizes gifts for union members and employees with a total amount of about 4.4 billion VND.
Women's work has been well implemented with many movements such as "good at public affairs, good at housework", competing in labor production, and thrift with the goal of "productivity, quality and efficiency". The Trade Union and the Company fully implement the policies according to regulations for female workers, including insurance, sick leave, maternity, hardship allowance, overtime at night. 100% of female workers receive regular health check-ups once a year
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the company's Trade Union has achieved.
Entering the new term, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation requested the Trade Union to continue to pay real attention to the lives, income, welfare and conditions of members and employees; Closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors in training and improving skills for members and employees; Promote emulation movements associated with business characteristics, technical improvements; Build a strong, united and unified Trade Union organization.
The Congress elected 11 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 2 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025-2030. Mr. Thai Hau was re-elected as Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
