At the Conference, representatives of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor approved the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman; Inspection Committee (IC) and Deputy Head of the Tran Bien Ward Trade UnionIC, term I, 2025 - 2030.
According to the list, the Executive Committee of Tran Bien Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, consists of 14 people. Mr. Tran Pham Quoc Dung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward is Chairman of the Tran Bien Ward Trade Union; the ward inspection committee consists of 4 people. Ms. Hoang Thi Minh My - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union (CDCS) of the College of Fine Arts and decorations is Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee.

Also at the conference, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor was approved to appoint Mr. Tran Pham Quoc Dung - Chairman of the Tran Bien Ward Trade Union as a delegate of the Tran Bien Ward Trade Union to attend the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Tran Bien Ward Trade Union was established and put into operation from July 2025. Tran Bien Ward currently manages 62 grassroots unions with a total of 6,830 union members/6,845 workers, the gathering rate is 99.78%.
In the coming term, the Tran Bien Ward Trade Union will focus on building a strong and comprehensive Ward Trade Union, performing well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; innovating methods of operation, improving the quality of the union staff. Strive for 100% of newly established grassroots union officials to be trained and fostered in union work.
Strive for 85% of non-state enterprises with trade unions to build and sign collective labor agreements, and 80% of agreements to ensure more beneficial content than those prescribed by law.
Every year, 100% of union members and workers in difficult circumstances are visited and supported; Mobilize the construction of a "Union Shelter Fund", striving to support 1 - 3 cases of construction or repair of a Union Shelter for each term.
