According to the report at the conference, Binh Co ward has a natural area of 7,373 hectares with 6,489 households, 65,316 people, 10 neighborhoods.
Currently, in Binh Co ward, there are 49 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with a total of 11,434 union members/total of 13,458 workers.
Recently, the operation of enterprises with trade unions in the area has been stable, coordinating well in caring for the material and spiritual life of workers. The situation of workers is stable, there are no disputes over labor, communal houses, or workplaces.

However, the lives of workers still face many difficulties, especially illegal workers. Some low-income workers are always worried about the situation of high prices affecting the quality of life.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, Binh Co Ward Trade Union focuses on developing union members, with the goal of admitting 300 new union members each year. At the same time, continue to comprehensively innovate the content and methods of operation, truly being a reliable bridge between Party committees, authorities with union members and workers. The ward union focuses on performing well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers, and laborers.
In addition, promoting the pioneering role in the patriotic emulation movement, creative labor, accompanying the government and the political system to build a civilized, modern and humane Binh Co ward.

On this occasion, the conference announced the personnel decision of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of Binh Co Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030. In which, Mr. Le Minh Hoang is the Chairman; Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong is the Vice Chairman of the Binh Co Ward Trade Union.
