According to the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in recent times, the Women's Union has constantly innovated its methods of operation, focusing on taking care of women's spiritual life, helping women balance work and family.
Accordingly, women's union activities are organized in a diverse and practical manner, creating a strong impression. The Women's Union directly organizes or coordinates with the department's trade unions to successfully organize thematic Talkshows on family happiness and life skills. The activities attracted a large number of officials to attend, creating an environment for exchange and connection between officials and students and enhancing soft skills for officials and employees.
In the 2023-2025 term, female union members have affirmed their core role in all aspects of work, from teaching, scientific research to administration and management. 98.5% of female employees complete their tasks well and constantly study to improve their professional qualifications and complete their titles. The mark of female union members in scientific research is increasingly strong, demonstrated through their participation in many important topics at all levels and publishing prestigious scientific articles at home and abroad.
In particular, the female staff have affirmed their excellent leadership capacity, with 55 female employees holding positions in party management, government and union work at the department and school levels, contributing greatly to the overall achievements of the school.
Not only are female union members excellent in their expertise, they are also the ones who "keep the fire" for their family, raise good children, and study well. The movement "Good at school work - good at housework" and "Good mother - Good child" have become a source of pride, spreading good values. Many female cadres have children who have achieved the title of excellent student; many have children who have won high prizes in excellent student competitions at school, district, city and national levels.
Female cadres and union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also actively participate in women's activities launched by the higher-level union such as the movement "Good at school work - good at housework", "Ao Dai Week", "Ao Dai Festival", mobilizing support for female union members to overcome difficulties, exchange activities... Women's work at the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is highly appreciated by the higher-level union. In 2024, the school's female employees were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam Education Trade Union.
