Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong - a recruitment specialist for Nhat Viet Security Service Joint Stock Company said: "Currently, the company needs to recruit about 100 building security and management staff to look after the office. We also deploy both direct and online recruitment to meet the demand. The working position is concentrated in Hanoi, Phu Tho and some Central provinces".
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the organization of the online job fair in September 2025 aims to continue to effectively implement Plan No. 379/KH-UBND of the Hanoi People's Committee on supporting and developing the labor market, creating jobs for workers in the area after implementing local government at two levels.
Along with recruiting a variety of positions and qualifications, businesses also offer an income of 5 - 15 million VND/month. Specific salary levels will be agreed upon based on skills, experience, educational qualifications and job positions. The total recruitment demand in this session is about 20,000 workers.
The online job fair in September 2025 not only creates conditions for businesses to access quality human resources but also expands job opportunities for tens of thousands of workers in many provinces and cities. This is also an important solution to contribute to stabilizing and developing the labor market, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the new period.
