On March 28, the Lac Thuy District Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a class to disseminate and disseminate the law and the 2025 Trade Union Law for workers at enterprises in the area.
The program took place at Kim Boi Mango Joint Stock Company, attracting the participation of 100 union members and workers from Kim Boi Mango Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Urban Environmental Sanitation Joint Stock Company, Thanh Ha Hoa Binh Company Limited, Wilson Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company and Na Ka Ta Vietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company.
The propaganda class focused on important contents such as the Labor Code, labor contracts, wages, social insurance (SI), unemployment insurance (UI), occupational safety and hygiene, as well as regulations on trade unions.
In addition, the class also equips workers with important knowledge about organizing labor conferences, building democratic regulations in enterprises, and practicing dialogue and negotiation skills in labor relations.
In particular, the class has a part of direct legal advice at the enterprise, helping employees better grasp their rights and obligations. Thanks to that, they can proactively protect their legitimate rights, comply with regulations, and at the same time contribute to building a stable and harmonious working environment between employees and employers.
