According to Mr. Dong, organizing the Workers' Conference is a form of implementing democracy and the grassroots at the workplace according to the provisions of Vietnamese law. This is an annual activity, creating conditions for employees to directly dialogue with employers, demonstrating interaction, cohesion, and consensus between employers and employees to join hands and be unanimous for the development of the enterprise.
