Youme Company Limited said that according to Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 19/2017/ND-CP, it is stipulated that:
Salary regime for defense workers
1. The salary table for defense workers is specified in the Appendix issued with this Decree.
2. Defense workers are entitled to allowances and subsidies including:
a) Seniority allowance exceeding the framework;
b) Regional allowances;
c) Special allowances;
d) Toxic and dangerous allowances;
d) Work responsibility allowance;
The conditions, duration and benefits of the types of allowances in Points a, b, c, d, and d of this Clause shall be implemented as prescribed in Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces.
e) Civil service allowances:
- Applicable to defense workers receiving salaries from the state budget;
- Conditions, time and level of public service allowance are implemented as prescribed in Decree No. 34/2012/ND-CP dated April 15, 2012 of the Government on public service allowance regime.
g) Allowances and subsidies for work in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions:
Conditions, time and benefits are implemented as prescribed in Decree No. 116/2010/ND-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government on policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and salary earners in the armed forces working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.

Accordingly, defense workers can apply allowances and subsidies including:
- Seniority allowance exceeds the framework;
- Regional allowances;
- Special allowances;
- Toxic and dangerous allowances;
- Work responsibility allowance;
- Civil service allowances;
- Allowances and subsidies for work in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
- In addition, defense workers are also entitled to seniority allowances according to Article 5 of Decree 19/2017/ND-CP.
