On January 31, information from the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee said that it had just issued a document requesting agencies, units and localities in the province not to organize working groups outside the province until the arrangement and reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels is completed.
This directive aims to ensure the concentration of resources and time to implement key tasks, including the implementation of the policy of restructuring the apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government, promoting socio-economic development, completing the growth target of 8% in 2025 and preparing for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress.
According to the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, in recent times, most Party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the province have seriously complied with regulations related to going on business trips abroad. However, there are still some cases where delegations are organized to study and exchange experiences when it is not really necessary, affecting the overall work progress.
The Provincial Party Committee requires Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units to continue to strictly implement regulations on domestic and foreign work. In case it is really necessary to work abroad, that unit must report and receive approval from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee before implementation.
