On April 5, the leader of the Phu Yen Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) said that the 2025 Workers' Month will be implemented with many meaningful and practical activities, with the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneer in entering a new era".
According to the plan, the provincial Labor Confederation will coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to organize the launching ceremony of workers and the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025, and the 139th anniversary of the International Labor Day (1.5.1886 - 1.5.2025). The program is scheduled to take place at the end of April at the provincial Labor Cultural Hall, with the participation of more than 300 delegates who are leaders of all levels, union members and workers.
In May - the peak month of the series of activities - the provincial Labor Confederation will coordinate the organization of the program "Dialogue in May" between provincial leaders, businesses with union members and workers to listen and share the thoughts and aspirations of workers. At the same time, organizing the program "Creative worker, firmly believing in the new era", honoring the innovation initiatives and efforts of workers.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also coordinated with Co.op Mart Tuy Hoa Supermarket to implement a price stabilization sales program at the Co.op Food system throughout the province, serving union members, workers and people. In parallel, there are legal consulting activities on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance...
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor will coordinate with the Health sector and Health Centers of districts, towns and cities to organize health check-ups for union members and workers.
Trade unions at all levels will simultaneously launch emulation movements in production labor, aiming to improve productivity, quality, encourage learning to improve skills, innovate working style and improve integration skills. At the same time, promote the movement of initiatives, technical improvements, and the application of modern technology in production. Workers with outstanding achievements and many innovative initiatives will be honored and commended.
In particular, the provincial trade unions at all levels will coordinate to organize the program "Thank you to workers", accompanying organizations, units, and enterprises to visit, encourage, and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
