Accordingly, on March 31, the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 2035-QDNS/TW on approving Mr. Vu Quyet Tien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Ha Long City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
