Lien Chieu Ward, Da Nang establishes grassroots trade union in enterprises

Da Nang - Dung An Phat Company in Lien Chieu ward launched a grassroots trade union organization with 17 union members.

Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union, Da Nang has just announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Dung An Phat One Member Limited Liability Company, admitting 17 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

At the announcement ceremony, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union including 3 members debuted and received their assignments. The Executive Committee identified the key task as representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Mr. Le Trong Nguyen - Chairman of Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee soon develop an operating program close to the reality of businesses; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers.

At the same time, grassroots trade unions need to coordinate with employers to well implement regimes and policies, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Dung An Phat One Member Limited Liability Company contributes to expanding the network of Trade Union organizations and strengthening the gathering of workers in Lien Chieu ward.
