With the desire for innovation and a spirit of continuous dedication, workers in Quang Binh province are increasingly affirming their pioneering role in socio-economic development, quickly adapting to the requirements of the digital transformation and international integration period.
Quang Binh's labor force is gradually changing strongly: More creative, more proactive and playing an important role in technological innovation, improving labor productivity and building a safe and modern working environment.
According to Ms. Dinh Thi Ngoc Lan - President of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, that spirit is clearly demonstrated through thousands of initiatives, good labor models, and creative labor in 2024.
The whole province has more than 4,000 technical initiatives with a value of nearly 3 billion VND, along with nearly 500 occupational safety and hygiene workers who are working closely at the facility day and night, contributing to building a safe working environment, limiting accidents and occupational diseases, Ms. Lan emphasized.
One of the bright spots in the activities of the Quang Binh Provincial Trade Union in recent times is the close support of union members and workers through practical programs: Housing support, health care, vocational training, improving working conditions... In 2024 alone, more than 46,000 union members in difficult circumstances were supported, 45 "Union Shelters" were presented, along with hundreds of meaningful gifts to the hands of workers who had accidents or occupational diseases.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thao - union member of Nguyen Anh Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company - said that this is a program of practical significance to workers, contributing to ensuring the rights and encouraging workers to strive to promote their creativity.
Ms. Thao emphasized: We are fully aware of our pioneering role in improving product quality, improving techniques, adapting to technology and integrating requirements. Every initiative, every effort, no matter how small, contributes to the overall development of the enterprise and the province. I believe that, with the spirit of creativity and support of the Trade Union organization, Quang Binh workers will increasingly affirm their position and make important contributions to the socio-economic development".

From the reality at the grassroots level, it can be seen that the emulation movement among workers is no longer formal but has penetrated deeply into the daily perception and actions of each worker.
According to the orientation of the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2025, trade unions at all levels will continue to focus on grassroots activities, especially training and communication on occupational safety and hygiene, improving the adaptability of workers in the context of the 4th industrial revolution.
Programs such as legal training, periodic health check-ups, policy consultation, gender equality communication, traffic safety... will be organized synchronously, with a total budget of more than 5 billion VND.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province Doan Ngoc Lam assessed that the working class of the province is increasingly playing an important role in the cause of industrialization and modernization.
Not only the main productive force, Quang Binh workers are also a symbol of the spirit of innovation, responsibility and pioneering aspiration in the new era, Mr. Lam emphasized.
