Quang Ngai - The demand for human resources is increasing sharply in industrial parks, opening up great opportunities for workers, especially in the technical and general labor groups.

The Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks said that currently there are 35 businesses in the province registering to recruit nearly 17,950 job positions, with salaries ranging from 6 to 22 million VND/month, along with many preferential treatment regimes according to agreements for specific positions.

In which, about 3,400 positions belong to the group of skilled workers, including: managers, managers, team leaders, line leaders, department supervisors; office, business, international payment, human resources blocks; design staff; technicians; materials engineers, network security, chemistry, safety; equipment operation, mechanics, electricity, welding, maintenance; Chinese, English, Japanese language interpreters...

In addition, businesses also have a need to recruit more than 14,500 general laborers in fields such as: steel rolling, garment, leather shoes, furniture, stuffed animals, dyeing, tires, construction...

Some businesses with large recruitment needs include: Millennium Furniture Co., Ltd. recruiting nearly 3,200 workers; King Maker III (Vietnam) Footwear Co., Ltd. nearly 2,100 workers; Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel JSC about 2,000 workers; Whitex Textiles Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. more than 1,800 workers.

In addition, businesses such as Happy Furniture Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Mensa Industries Co., Ltd., Thuyen Nguyen Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd., Toray International Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ngai Branch, Great Honor International Co., Ltd.... also need to recruit from 600 to 700 workers per unit.
