The Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that leaders of HD Hyundai Eco Vina Co., Ltd. (Dung Quat Economic Zone) have just organized to give gifts, wish Tet and see off all workers of the company to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet reunion with their families.
Leaders of HD Hyundai Eco Vina Co., Ltd. went to the places where passenger cars gathered to see off workers. Mr. Ha Van Hung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Administration Department, Chairman of the Trade Union of HD Hyundai Eco Vina Co., Ltd. - said that on Binh Ngo Tet, the company rewarded each worker with 1 month's salary; giving 1 Tet gift worth 800,000 VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and gifts worth 300,000 VND.

Although HD Hyundai Eco Vina Co., Ltd. just took over this enterprise from Doosan Vina at the end of 2025, it quickly started production. All workers and laborers have stabilized their jobs, income and welfare regimes. This is the 17th year that company workers have been organized to take them home to celebrate the traditional Tet with their families.
This year, by noon on the 5th day of the first lunar month of Binh Ngo year, the company's car will pick up workers from their hometowns to return to the factory to start work after Tet.
During the Binh Ngo Tet, the entire factory of HD Hyundai Eco Vina Co., Ltd. has 207 workers far away who need company buses to return to their hometowns for Tet, arranged on 4 buses.
Worker Nguyen Thi Thu Hong, from Gia Lai, said she was very happy and excited because she did not spend money to buy tickets, did not spend time going to the bus station, but was picked up by a bus to the factory to return home. Each worker was also rewarded by the company with 1 month's salary, gifts and Tet greetings. This is a joy and motivation to create cohesion for her and other workers to continue to accompany the company for a long time.
Not only taking workers home for Tet, the company also arranges cars for relatives of workers who need to share the car to go home for Tet reunion.
For many years, the program of visiting and giving Tet gifts at boarding houses has become an annual activity of the Provincial Labor Federation, aimed at workers in difficult circumstances who are making a living far from home. Each gift is the joint effort of trade union organizations, businesses and the community, sending wishes for workers to have a more fulfilling and warmer Tet.
On February 14, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation said that they had visited boarding houses at businesses in Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai industrial parks to present 68 gifts, each worth 1.3 million VND, including cash and necessities, directly to working workers. The material value is not large but contains deep sharing, adding faith for workers to feel secure in sticking with their work.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trang - Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation - expressed that giving Tet gifts to workers and laborers in boarding areas is to help them have conditions to celebrate the traditional Tet with their families and relatives, implementing the Party's policy of "leaving no one behind", creating a warm Tet for workers and laborers. This is also a motivation to help workers believe in the support and assistance of the Party, State and Trade Union levels.

The Quang Ngai Trade Union organization system also simultaneously implemented the union member welfare program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", taking care of Tet for more than 90,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers throughout the province.
