I want workers to have a higher salary in addition to a stable working environment to meet family needs. Every day, I always think about what I have to do so that colleagues and workers in the team can both have high incomes, be attached to the company and work their best. I have painstakingly researched and improved 2 production stages in 2025, although small, it has also shortened the time to make products. Thanks to that, workers increase products and have more income," Ms. Loan shared.
In 2025, the initiative to improve the ironing of the sleeves of the autumn-winter uniforms of non-commissioned officers (TĐSQ) with unmarked stamps and the initiative to sew the sleeves of the TĐSQ on a machine without drawing by Ms. Loan were both applied to production, shortening the product completion time.
