According to the Vietnam Science and Technology Union (CST), in 2025, trade unions at all levels coordinate professionally at the same level to effectively organize emulation movements and campaigns launched by upper-level trade unions and the industry.
The focus of emulation is the movement "Application of digital technology and artificial intelligence to work better", the movement "The whole country emulations in innovation and digital transformation". Trade union levels launched union members and workers (LDLD) to apply digital technology in operation and work resolution with the goal of reducing workload and increasing labor productivity, positively impacting the production and business activities of the unit.
Emulation and commendation work continues to be innovated, ensuring practicality and efficiency; commending, honoring, and replicating advanced examples, on the basis of promoting the achieved results, creating new ways of doing things that have attracted a large number of union members and workers to respond and participate. In particular, in 2025, a successful ceremony was organized to honor Typical Workers of 2024 and Commend Outstanding Trade Union Officials in the period 2023 - 2025 with the theme "Aspiration Journey 2025"...
In 2025, CDKHCN has 4,021 grassroots-level topics and initiatives, 58 industry-level topics thanks to the work of launching emulation and commendation continuing to be innovated, ensuring practicality and efficiency.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded emulation flags to 10 collectives, and Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 81 individuals belonging to CDKHCN for their excellent emulation results.
